Shipping policy
Made to order
Every item is 3D printed to order in our studio in Caledon, Ontario. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to make and pack your order before it ships. Personalized items and larger orders can take a little longer during busy times like the holidays. You will get an email with tracking (where available) as soon as your order ships.
Shipping within Ontario
Standard shipping is a flat $7 CAD. Orders of $40 CAD or more ship free within Ontario. Local delivery may also be offered at checkout if your address is nearby.
Shipping to the rest of Canada
Shipping is calculated at checkout using Canada Post rates, based on the weight of your order and where it is going.
Shipping to the United States
Tracked shipping (about 4 to 7 business days once shipped) is charged by order weight:
- Up to 500 g: $15 USD
- 500 g to 1 kg: $22 USD
- 1 kg to 2 kg: $32 USD
- 2 kg to 5 kg: $48 USD
Faster courier options may also be shown at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is always shown before you pay.
International shipping
Shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Delays, lost and damaged packages
Delivery times are estimates once your order leaves us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will help track it down.
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the item and packaging to info@ruffscruffstuff.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right with a reprint or refund.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
