Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized items are final sale.
Because each order is made uniquely for you, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted once production has started.
Please double-check all personalization details (names, colors, and design choices) before checkout to ensure accuracy.

If your item arrives with a production defect or design issue caused by RuffScruffStuffCo, we will gladly reprint or refund 100% of the affected item.
Proof of the issue (such as clear photos) must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Customized Items
For non-customized items, a 14-day return policy applies from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
